Holistic Nutrition is an evidence-based approach of utilizing foods in their whole form to support health and vitality. It also includes focusing on the whole person, and getting to the root causes of imbalance.

New client nutritional counselling package: $110 Includes:
initial 75-90 minute consult appointment,
a 30 minute follow-up appointment,
a resource package and a co-created plan for moving forward.
Each initial appointment starts with a thorough intake of health and medical history, assessment of symptoms, and a conversation about your health, lifestyle and personal goals. Additional appointments may be set up as needed.
