Therapeutic Yoga Classes

Yoga and mindfulness classes can support employees to cultivate joy and relaxation, combat stress, build strength, find balance, reduce pain, strengthen focus, balance mood, develop greater emotional awareness, and build connection.

We offer a variety of types of classes including hatha, back care, yin, and restorative. We can also build classes that reflect the unique needs and goals of your group.

Lunch and Learns

Opportunities to learn about practices for health and wellbeing, including talks, nutritional demos, and healthy living activities.

Nutritional Consulting

One-on-one nutrition consults and wellness coaching for employees and organization members.

We also provide organizational nutrition and wellness audits, assessing current initiatives, organizational goals, employee needs, and opportunities. Then, providing recomendations for policy and practice.
